LA Times, yes the one that was polling Trump's victory for most of the election campaign and is currently giving 5 points lead in popular vote for Trump, is predicting Clinton's victory in Electoral College by 352 EC votes.

This is the only place I've seen that claims Trump will win popular vote but lose in Electoral College.

He should lose by a landslide.

And Minnesota? It's not "Likely" It's "Strongly" Democrat.

So a local news has a placeholder result sheet that got accidentally shown to public?

That's news?

It's just news stations preparing for major coverage for tomorrow. They kinda need to have something written on it. And there was a technical mistake that the placeholder sheet went public.

Also 42% victory against Trump with 40%, is pretty bad show for Clinton. Also a very unlikely result.

Dammit, beat me to the punch.

Get out there and vote, people. Vote for the government you want, because if you don't get it you'll have no one to blame but yourself.

Of course, if you vote and you still don't get it, you can blame other people. Which is way easier.

I had to listen to hours of left-wing talk radio this morning because we couldn't find other stations. It was fucking painful. There was literally a segment where women called in solely to talk about how they cried this morning voting for Hillary because she has a vagina, just like them. Then some guy advocated for making Twitter a utility, and some idiot from the Washington Post read a poem about how Trump and all his followers are going away. Then another caller cried about how the media should've refused to cover Trump at all this season, because his beliefs are icky-bad and should be censored by the Fifth Estate. Which said WaPo muppet chimed in to say that "journalists" actually did get together to talk about doing just that, not like a secret cabal though, but money won out over their moral crusade. Then I nearly fucked up my ankle on some shoddy stairs.

On the plus side, I have a bottle of whiskey now. How's the early spin/mind-games going?

I didn't even know this was a thing. Talk radio is almost exclusively a right-wing thing mostly because the left often relies on tugging heartstrings, and they usually need pictures for that. Unless you're talking about NPR, which... Well, it's got Car Talk, which is okay.

I have no idea. Just got home from work, so all I know is that the cute pregnant Mexican girl at my job wants to vote for Gary Johnson, so I helped her find her polling place.

Right? Never would have thought, but I suppose NJ/NY is so liberal that there's a market, and the people who listen to the radio are mostly working poor, I'd imagine. Not a single damn word about policy, but oh so much about emotions and crying. And fascism, there was fascism, but it was subtle.

Heh. Well, good on you for helping her.

Well, some Florida precincts are releasing info already, and it's looking like Clinton is under-performing Obama in 2012 by quite a bit, given he only won by around 70,000 votes.

That's what it's looking like, the early vote lead (mind you, we only have party affiliation right now, not actual votes), wasn't all that big. But even with Florida, he's still gotta take a blue state, last I heard.

If exit polls are to be trusted, and they are not, not only with Clinton win elections but also I will win my damn bet!

Although it was stated many times, exit polls are useless in US elections but to give some noise for media.

Exit polls are worthless. You're not going to get any good information until the first polls start closing, and that's not going to be for at least three hours.

When I was younger I used to go to bed early not knowing any results and wake up the next day like it was Christmas and see the headline on the paper on who won. It's harder to do now a days and I stopped after 2000 when it took (weeks?) to get all the votes in.

Both states will decisively go for Trump.

However a Democrat could win a Senate seat in Indiana. It's a close race there for that one.

I'm interested in seeing how Indiana goes. The Obama win in 2008 was an abnormality, and I expect Trump to win there, but the margin will be important.

According to 538, it will be 12 point victory for Trump.

Unless there's a major polling error like underestimating minority voters turnout like in Florida, Nevada and other swing states, I don't see how Clinton will get narrow to Indiana.
