Hopefully that giant lagoon in the background means there's gonna be an acquatic add-on/expansion too. The dinosaur roster they've got so far is fairly big and well-rounded up (plust apparently they dinosaurs from the new movie are yet to be added too) but I'd love to be able to grow some sea reptiles as well, eventually.

Have any air reptiles been announced?
I'd love to have a big old bird cage like in JP3.

No pterosaurs either, for now. Luckly the game is being made by the same folks behind Planet Coaster, so chances are that overtime there's gonna be a lot of extra content added to the game. They'll better have some hazdarchid pteros if they ever add an aviary. Pteranodonts are cool, but I'd love to see what a Quetzalcoatlus or an Hatzegopteryx would look like in JP-style.

I would like to take a moment, now that I'm replaying it, to say that Persona 5 is an excellent game that everyone with a PS4 should play.

Its a character driven RPG that handles characters better then Bioware has in years. And I only say "in years" instead of "ever" because I cant speak with full confidence about the Baulders Gate games.

It also has better romances then they have ever done, but there is the unfortunate fact that the protagonist can only be male, and only be into women. Which isn't a problem, per se, but I am general in favor for having as customization of a protagonist as possible.

Oh you can, its just that when I first started playing, i thought that finishing early meant losing days. So i waited till the very last day to finish the first dungeon. but you need TWO additional days to finish the quest, so i got screwed out of 20 or so hours of gameplay.

20 in game days is an extremely long time, and a dungeon only ever takes 2 days. 3 at most.

You're quite possibly right, especially considering that Universal probably needs to approve any scrap of content they might want to add long the line, but a good park builder, especially one with dinosaurs, is something I can get back to now and then very easily, so I don't mind having a reason to re-visit the game in the long run.

My mom gave me one of the latest Uncharted games as a birthday present last year. Something just hit me when she asked if I was enjoying it and I felt bad for not completing it, because I didn't want to look ungrateful, so I lied and said yes. It's just that the game got so unbearably repetitive and the enemies have laser-focused accuracy, which discouraged me from doing all the cool stuff with the rope an experiment beyond clinging to cover and taking pot shots. The fact that she was able to get me a game I didn't already have is a feat in of itself.

I liked 1, and really liked 2, but 3 was one of the most obnoxious games I recall playing.

Interesting thing, JP3's Spino has actually increased in popularity and sympathy recently, given the info reveals in JW: FK's marketing that it was horribly abused and mistreated by Masrani-Ingen, made as part of the early prototype hybrid bioweapons program that would later create the I-Rex, before being released into the wilds of Sorna, which doubtlessly resulted in its crazed, sociopathic behavior.

The old, old, OLD Bioware boards used to be accessible. (I mean like 2005 boards) until just a few years ago. Too bad those finally died because they had lots of good NWN content on them that is basically impossible to find now.

One thing that was nice about old websites, especially personal ones is that they usually had a "links" section, which was just a curated list of related stuff the owner of the web page thought was useful. It was sort of like browsing shelves at a library. You never knew precisely what you would find, but you very often got some excellent new places to check out.

So far, I've been constantly talking to ghosts and having them "follow me" since the Wheel of reincarnation is all fucked up by Eothas' stuff. Gods are made by massive infusion of souls into one begin. So having not yet physically met Eothas (once spiritually), and having just talked to Woedica, Skaen, Magran, Berath, and Hylea (who're kinda assholes, and Magran's design is fucking ugly), I think what's going to happen is that the Watcher can become a god, or de-god Eothas, or make a new god, or something in that vein.

@Raga: Ah, I missed that. Shrines sites, hubs, islands in an ocean. Now search engines bring more immediately useful stuff, but it's all...clean. Corporate. Packaged for consumers. It's tragic in a way.

They're all bisexual. Eder isn't an option, though I did see flirt lines in the conversations I've had so far. Otherwise, it's the DA2 model. Though the grubby little pirate orlan companion, he makes it clear he's bi in his dialogue's thus far. Met an orlan bar wench he wooed and fall out with, then he talks about a great male friend of his he didn't bang but would've, and so on. So it's "better" in that sense, I suppose, that the character is openly into both genders instead of playersexual. Aloth encounters an old friend from Aeyder working as a fuckboi in an inn, and there's "implications" via body language, so I guess that counts too. Haven't met the rest, but while I dislike the model of everyone swings both ways, if they back it up with characterization, it's less annoying.
