They've been playing every Star Trek episode from all the series on TV.

Deep Space Nine deserves more love and appreciation.

Just checked my 'guestbook' on my website and got a ton of comments claiming praise for my site which were then followed by a link to their own site. About fifteen in one day and each followed the exact same formula. I felt awesome for a second there before I decided to delete them all. Damn. I'd rather face the truth with no comments then a bunch of fake positive ones.

You get your Chinese delivered to you!?! I have to get into the car, drive down the block, stand in line...etc, etc.

What fucking hell hole do you live in where Chinese food cant be delivered?

Rural/agricultural towns on the outskirts beyond LA county in southern California. I have a Panda Express and a China Wok about a minute stroll from each other, but they are walk in/walk out. Everything else is in Ventura about 25 minutes up the freeway. But delivery? Maybe that's an East Coast thing, or possibly San Fransisco.

Well, that's bots for you. I uploaded a clip on my YouTube channel (I usually record when I get an achievement in Overwatch or some experiences in other games) and within ten minutes, I got a comment telling everyone how they should go to his channel instead where there are similar videos to mine. Don't know if it was a bot, but I don't care. Self-promotions like that is just annoying.

Also, I despise the delivery service for food. I don't want to trust some underpaid yokel with delivering my food to me when it would be more practical to pick the food up myself. It would no doubt be faster, and I don't need to tip anyone for an unnecessary service.

You have a geographical advantage, mind you. I get free delivery on my Chinese orders, so a $3 tip on average means I don't need to walk a few miles and back. If there were more places not requiring an hour plus to get to, I'd be more inclined to walk. Though I could get a bike...

Made an interesting sandwich tonight. Got a turkey patty and cooked it in a pan with some butter and about a quarter onion worth of slices. Grilled two slices of bread (multi-grain) in oil til they were a nice golden color then squeezed some Japanese sweet mayo on one side. Turned the patty over and salted and peppered everything then a few minutes later added some teriyaki sauce to both turkey and onions. Sliced a little mozzarella and when ready added it to patty to melt. Then I put the patty on top of mayo, onions on top of patty and then closed the sandwich up. Wow, it was really good. I might make it again tomorrow.

Some good news for my job.

I have confirmation I will extended my work contract on next Friday. But it's still questionable will I start working full time a week after or on start of next month. Insurance company needs to allow my courier company to open their HQ in my city. They will allow it, but question is will they allow so soon on 19th or delay it til October.

Hey, congrats all the same. I'm on a mini-vacation as my boss is away until Tuesday, but as the cooler weather rolls in, work dries up. People stop spending big money on painting and maintenance as the holidays loom. It's nice to have a few months with mostly nothing but free time for my own interests, but it's also expensive!

"For the players"

I'm fucking happy I'm on xbox because the only thing that kept me playing this game was when the mods were coming.

Finally, got the final achievement in nuka world so I don't have to go without them ever again.

Every nerd knows a guy like this, and it does my heart good to know some people just don't change. Also I really want Shantae to come out already.

Also, boy oh boy, eating spicy Korean ramen when you haven't in a while is an experience. My mouth is on fire, it's awesome.

Finally, if you're running for public office, maybe don't call 25% of the electorate "deplorable." Christ.

Hm. Just made beer-battered onion rings for the first time. Simple enough, but the batter was bland. I think it was the beer, some Kirkland light beer I buy 48 for $24 at CostCo.

But in terms of cost, the amount of rings I got out of one onion plus ingredients was less than a buck.

I've never done a beer batter before, alliteration, so this is a learning experience. Though now that they're cooled, they taste better. Maybe I was eating them too soon. Hm.

Do they make beers specifically for cooking, like with sherries and wines, or?

Generally for cooking you use wine, but you are beer battering so you need something like a wheat ale or a lager.

Behold! Lance's Universal Beer Cooking Test!

Step 1: Get Beer.
Step 2: Examine Beer
Step 3: If it says "IPA", jump to Step 5b.
Step 4: Ask yourself "If you were just going to have one of these, would you regret it?"
Step 5a: If Step 2 is "No", use the beer.
Step 5b: If Step 2 is "Yes", find another beer. Return to Step 1.
Step 6: Enjoy more flavorful meat frying, marinades, and batters.

Well, I did my citizen duty and voted.

Now waiting for results, in 9-10 hours from posting exit polls will be revealed while in 11-12 hours first counted votes will be revealed.

Well, this is gonna be one of those nights again I'll be awake for long.

With exit polls out and only 20 minutes away from first counted votes being revealed to public, it's not looking good at all.

People's Coalition led by Social Democrats wins 57 seats( I voted for them), while Conservatives win 57 seats by themselves but all 3 seats from diaspora votes is pretty much guaranteed for them.

But you need 76 seats to win form the government.

It will yet again depend on MOST party( I voted for them last year) to form the government, who win 12 seats. With them ethnic minorities have 8 seats and they'll side with whoever can form the government, as they gain nothing by being in opposition.

Voter turnout is also pathetic, only 43% went to vote. Last year, it was 60%. A huge drop in just 10 months difference.

Also to make it even more absurd. Conservative party has around 300k membership. With looking at exit polls and voter turnout, 450k people voted for them. Jesus, 2/3 of their voters are their party members.

It's the taste sensation sweeping the nation!

I have no idea either. I went to the liquor store and they had some beer samples out. Neither I nor the five people ahead of me liked the Blue Moon IPA they had, and we all walked out with beer. Still, it wasn't the worst thing I ever tasted.

This is the worst shit I ever tasted. "Pine" is not an acceptable flavoring in any beer. And this shit is exactly why I'll never randomly buy Sam Adams sampler packs ever again.

Coalition of independent politicians, more like.

Well 91,56% votes are counted by now and voter turnout is actually 52,40%.

Croatian Democratic Union and partners 59 seats plus 2 from diaspora.

Social Democrat led People's Coalition 54 seats.

MOST 12 seats.

Human Wall 8 seats.

Istrian Democratic Assembly 4 seats.

Milan Bandić 365 2 seats.

Croatian Democratic Alliance of Slavonia and Baranja 1 seat.

Independent List Željko Glasnović 1 seat from diaspora.

Not good results at all. Social Democrats need to realize finally and force current party president to resign. Hell, party vice-president is actually great so put him him in charge.

There are 2 sceneries to form the government:

SDP 54 + MOST 12 + IDS 4 = 70 seats + 8 ethnic minorities parties = very weak 78 seats government. Potentially Glasnović joins, as well for Human Wall protest party to suffer defections. As well Milan Bandić is a opportunist, alost former SDP members, could join in.

HDZ 61 + MOST 12 + MB-365 2 = 75 sears + 8 ethnic minorities parties = weak 83 seats government. As well potentially Glasnović joins, same again for Human Wall protest party to suffer defections. But also for Croatian Peasants Party in People's Coalition to defect too.

I don't like this one bit.

DAMN IT! Social Democrats just lost another seat to Conservatives.
I'm going to sleep rather very upset.
