Beware... I had my two turtles in the same getup. Then, like I said, one the day one got tired of the other, and ate its head.

It's been like that for over fifteen years, though.

I had mine for about 20 when that happened. At one point they become too big or too territorial, and bad things can happen.

It is about 50°F here, 10°C to those of you outside of the US. This is a cold hell for me, and I may as well be in the Arctic Circle right now.

Aw, that's adorable. It's -7 C where I am right now and last week it was 10 C. Same thing happened the week before that, as if nature can't make up its goddamn mind.

Its 28°F ( -2.22222°C ) were I am.

Autumn weather is my favorite, but I don't mind the cold.

According to the predictions, maybe some snow this coming Friday or Saturday.

19F here. Snowing lightly.

Can't wait for January. That's when the arctic winds come down and put us in the -50 range.

Where I'm moving to it's 5 degrees. Fuck yeah, cold.

I...
*sigh*
There is so much wrong with this video's attempt at addressing an issue that desperately needs to be addressed but this is just the wrong way to go about it.
You know what I see?
About 15 examples of "normal" teen behaviour, one bad photo and description and one incident of bullying they decided to film. And they try and string this narrative that this guy was a massive danger because he followed gun culture.
I mean seriously I live in a country with absolutely 0 guns and even I can see through the bullshit politics they're stacking against gun culture in this video.
What would they have done if he had been a chemistry geek and decided to somehow find a way to poison the entire school?
Would everyone in the chem class now be suspect of sideways glances and assumed to be a bad guy for reading texts on the "bad sides" of chemistry?

Yeah, the mis-use of a firearm in these shootings is awful and there needs to be some sort of reform on the whole issue, but this is not the way to go about it.
You need to address bullying, mental health, social interactions and general kid behaviour before you even get to guns. Because the method doesn't matter it's the intent, and the intent can only be fixed in the mind, and if can only be cured there.

And bigger discussion about it I'm gonna do in the debate thread if it sparks up, but TL;DR, this is a crap and stupid video and I feel sorry for any fool taken away with the "twist". Good intent, bad execution.

Oh and my temperature is; 8C, 46F, mostly rainy and cloudy as all fuck. I'd kill for snow to change up the monotony of it all.

Actually you got it entirely correct. Treating kids who have an interest in guns, look 'weird', get bullied, etc., as potential shooters sure as hell isn't doing them any favors. I imagine a large reason I was left alone in high school was because people probably thought I might snap. If the school and parents were actively treating me like a potential shooter on top of that? Never would've actually hurt anybody, but it would have fucked me up way worse. And it's not like scrawny, nerdy white guys have an easy time of it already.

About 30F over here. Not getting much snow yet, only had a light dusting a week or so back. NY upstate is getting a good coating though, old man is up there skiing.

Like I have done this with Dragon age, Witcher 3, and I have been holding myself back from Replaying ME series. Even though I enjoy ME a lot I don't know why I am not deciding to play it. I think the thought of playing it and never picking it up again annoys me. When I force my hand to play games that I didn't finish I tend to enjoy it. As a example I did it with MGS V. I really enjoyed it at but I stopped playing for a day and I found myself months later continuing it and thinking "Wtf why did I stop playing." It's like my mind is thinking it is a chore to play these games I want to enjoy or do. It doesn't feel like that when I play Multiplayer games. Most likely when I do it is with friends.

I'm doing that right now with DA:2. Had to take a break because of music and work and turning on the Xbox 360. But to make it worse, I'm actually using the 360 to play ME:3 multiplayer. I'll eventually get to taking the disc out and changing it, but I don't know if it'll be anytime this year.

The fact the outfits are stupidly revealing is part of the joke. Is a very fun over-the-top anime with good action and likeable characters.

But we have an whole thread to talk about 'toons and animes, so I'll cut it here.

That is a Smash Bros. Roster leak-quality photo, Theo.

I went to the Wildlife Waystation in Sylmar, CA, yesterday to sketch the animals there. It was a more impressive place than any zoo I have ever been to on account of the animals actually being within arms reach the entire time. They had lions, tigers, a liger, hyenas, apes, all manner of birds, and reptiles there. Many of them were rescues, being that this place is heavy on conservation. The animals there were beautiful, and unlike xoo healthy these beasts were fit and lean and actually active instead of hiding in one corner of their paddock. I can not stress enough how close I was to these animals, it was to the point that a puma hissed at me because, according to the guide, I had the scent of her rival on me.

You could reach out and touch them behind their cages, because they were not shy about getting close to us to examine or just show off. A lot of the big cats were especially sassy, and they pulled things like a house cat would do. They purred, rubbed against posts, the sides of the cage, rolled on their backs and chuffed quite happily. Some were especially energetic, like one of the panthers, he was running around his cage, between the branches, tires, and props set up for him. A highlight was these two tiger brothers, both quite young and sharing a cage. I mean young in years, because they were still full-sized. One of the brothers jumps into a tub filled with water, and he spent a good several minutes playing in his bath tub. About a minute of it was him trying to drag a large ball into the tub without actually leaving the tub.

I like zoos, but they lack the intimacy of places like this.

Here's a really easy trick to get a female Salandit:

Get a male Eevee, evolve it into Sylveon (I recommend feeding it a rainbow Poke bean or two while it knows Baby-Doll Eyes) and put it at the front of the party. See, its ability Cute Charm has a hidden feature outside of battle. It boosts encounter chance for Pokemon of the opposite gender up to around 66% regardless of the gender ratio. Since your Sylveon is male, encountering a female Salandit should be stupid easy now.
