Yeah, finished it. As i said, it was quite good. Those kids were great actors.

And they managed to show "nerd" without it being "nerd blackface". Made me want to learn to play D&D a whole lot.

We're trying to get some DnD set up for us lot. I'll be making a thread for it tomorrow with some resources for reading if you're interested in playing. The hard part will be finding a DM/GM.

The one thing I would have changed in Stranger Things is making the monster a practical effect instead of CG. They even had that scene with the teacher explaining too his girlfriend how in The Thing they used practical effects to animate the creature, I thought they were leading up to it. That is the one thing I would have changed, otherwise Stranger Things was perfect how it is.

I nearly cried when they used that cover of "Heroes."

Don't know if it's been posted yet, but Michael Giacchino is writing the music for Star Wars Rogue One. I'm so excited for that. I thought he should have written the music for Ep 7, but I'm glad he gets to do this. I wonder how he's going to score this different then he's been doing Star Trek, which by the way, 'Beyond' I hope gets recognized for it's music because that was some of the best music I heard coming out of a Star Trek film in a while.
