I love pretzels, but strangely I'm not a huge fan of pretzel buns for burgers. Go figure.

I have however recently been introduced to Texas toast in place of a bun for burgers, and that is delicious.

Slept 11 hours last night, took a 2 hour nap after dinner, and now I'm ready for bed at 1 AM. I don't feel sick so much as tired and achy, but this is some jive ass bullshit. Sleep is a major design flaw.

Obsidian is catching a lot of shit for the Epic exclusivity and there's vague evidence it was sprung on the employees, so we'll see how that plays out.

Making Shang Tsung look like his actor from the 90s movie, and getting him to come back and play him again is a stroke of genius. IT HAS BEGUN!

That MK11 stream was disorganized and handled poorly; I had to move between 5 different streams because they were withholding all the gameplay footage and story mode reveals. By the time I found one that was actually showing the footage, I missed the Shao Kahn vs Kotal Kahn scene in the beginning. I'm told it was really badass, BUT I MISSED IT.

MK11's Noob Saibot looks cool, sounds cool, has a cool fatality, but damn is he gonna be annoying as fuck to fight against.

I always felt like IX needed one more revision of its story. It's ridiculous that Steiner and Freya are left out of it for so long after disc one. Cut out Amaranth and Quina and put Steiner and Freya in the story for the whole length of it. Would be better that way.

I'm spending 2 hours a day reading up on all the character ships from Azur Lane and the history of the real ships they represent. Damn, what an awesome idea. I know Kancolle did it first, but the idea of the personification of a warship, with their memories of their service and other ships they interacted with, coming together to fight other ships is just a brilliant idea to me. Plus the research that goes into each of the ships to determine their character. Some ships were docked the whole war, others were really aggressive fighters, some where lucky and never hit, some were sunk months after being launched, all of it helps to create a unique kind of character. Anyway, I'm really into it. Maybe I should get the game. But they're coming out with something on the PS4 this year so I think I'll wait.

I appreciate that they have some good ol' wholesome 90's Ice Cube versus whatever that other rap track is.

I am thrilled that Jax is back, too. I admit that I did not truly appreciate him until NRS took over the franchise. It was a concern in the back of my head that his daughter was going to replace him.
