I bought Devil may cry collection a few months ago only started playing a week ago. I usually dislike playing sequels to games without playing the previous but the more I look at this cutie, the more I think of just skipping to five. Glad to hear it's really good though. Capcom is on a roll as of late.

Glad it's from Reach to Halo4... aka everything before 343 Mass Effect 3'ed the series.

I'm VERY happy about this, I've been wanting to play the bulk of the Halo games for ages, still got the shitty PC port of the very first game laying somewhere. Definately a buy.

I must say... so far 2019 has brought me a fair amount of good news gaming-wise. The only big letdown so far for me has been the Metroid Prime4 delay, and even that might ultimately result in a much better game than what we would have gotten otherwise.

Then Baine betrays the Horde to assuage his sense of honor, knowing he'll be punished, which is fine. But why? Garry was an orc supremacist, he ran pogroms, defiled wells of natural energy, started a war, nuked a city. They haven't brought Sylvanas to that level yet, but are acting like they've ran past it with her. A more reasonable moral event horizon would be, say, if she planned to plant the Plague of Undeath in various Kul'Tiran villages and cause an outbreak so severe that the civil unrest cripples the nation, if not destroys it. That's a proper Scourge analogue. That's where they _want_ to show the parallels, but haven't committed, so her action don't warrant two major Horde leaders starting a rebellion and getting PC support, at least if there's a choice.

Sylvanas plan was, always, to murder all the living and resurrect them as undead, so that she can be safe. She just hasn't found a way yet to get away with it. That makes her less effective than Garrosh, but her goals are far more evil overall.

No one in the setting knows that though. Near as I recall, she's spoken in vague abstracts about her goal.

Apparently the Overwatch League is doing better this season than last with regards to viewership and hours watched. Really wasn't expecting that. Though we'll see how it fares in the later stages, I think it was sub-90k viewers towards the last few weeks of normal games.

Yeah, but we know that (and I presume quite a few Apothecaries of her own faction as well, since they do the blight research). Which is why I find the fanboyism of a few of her fans (not talking about you, if you are a fan of her) to be quite off-putting and edgelord'ish.

Star forts are the coolest fortification technique. I like how the roads there make it nearly impossible to ram the gate with a truck. It's still pretty impressive defense today.
