Actually that looks great. it looks like it even closes to keep dust out

Alienmorph wrote:Should work fairly well for small figures like the Amiibos.
Alienmorph wrote:You're kind of asking for a miracle. There's one or two good third-party Grimlock figures that pull that off, but thei're pricy. And there's been a full set of Dinobots in the Power of the Primes toyline that is relatively cheap, and can even combine, but Grimlock's dino-mode suffers tremendously because of that, and they are all based on retro dinosaurs designs. The Bayformers Dinobots are decent figures but... yeah... Bayformers...

Edit: Yet, so maybe the sequel.

He's the one who always suffers the most...
The Vulcun Grimlock looked good and was the design form the Cybertron games but, yeah, pricey...
Alienmorph wrote:Yup. The Transformers Animated Dinobots were nice, but they only made 3 of them, and I know people are split on the stylized design (personally I liked it quite a bit, since the art was from the same people that made the good Teen Titans show). The Fall of Cybertron Grimlock literally is half-hollow and they didn't make the other DInobots. And there's a couple sets of nicely made and more affordable 3rd party Dinobots, but thei're Legend Class size, aka they're tiiiiiny. Oh, and there's this set, that has some good dino-mode, but the robots don't really look much like the official Dinobots. It's fairly cheap, tho, and they still combine: http://sirtoys.com/toys.php?c=8&p=4397&t=Star_Dino_Team_V3.html
Mazder wrote:I don't mind Legends class size (in fact I prefer it with my space right now) as the challenge to make it good AND small is leading to some damn good designs.
I recently got PotP Cosmos and Seaspray and they look awesome!
The main problem is legends size for some of the prices asked is just beyond the joke.
Deluxe is the "biggest" I'd go to right now.

These are Legends-size, and there's some good quality oversize KOs that are Deluxe-size of them too. Prices vary, but since they're relatively recent, you can get the whole set without having to spend 2 hundred bucks for them.
Vol wrote:@Wall of Warhammer: Geez. With the amount of fiction they're putting out, you'd think they cut the prices on their actual products a bit, eh? And 50 fucking novels to get to the Siege of Terra.

One could make the case that Sylvanas is the true traitor, and Saurfang is nothing less than a loyal patriot by making sure the Horde stays true to itself and fighting the elements that poison it. The old saying “My country, right or wrong; if right, to be kept right; and if wrong, to be set right” carried out in action. Depending on your perspective, of course.
